A One year curriculum that equips the students to both theoretical  and practical training for 1 year of Culinary and internship. This is designed for students to have in-depth understanding, international career  advantage and exposure in world-class culinary setting.

Designed for aspiring bakers and pastry chefs, this program covers essential techniques in bread making, cake decorating, and creating a wide variety of pastries. Under the guidance of expert chefs, students will develop both foundational skills and advanced techniques, preparing them for a successful career in the baking and pastry industry.
